The University Business Program has always been playing an important role in income generation to augment the budget for the various projects and activities in the university. This has been the result of implementing innovative and efficient strategies and policies for income collection and consolidation. The most important of these policies and strategies is: "All collections for IGP shall only be done by the Cashier through official receipts." The income generating projects are also closely monitored and evaluated for income performance with the intention of maintaining and develop those that are viable while closing those that are losing. When a campus proposes to start a new IGP venture, it is a policy that it shall first show the administration its capability to manage the project most especially on the integrity of those people manning it. It is only after this process that the central administration shall pour in and invest the needed capital. These simple but innovative policies really made a 360 degrees turn around for IGP.
