College of Engineering felt their proudest as Elmer B. Tattao topped the list of national topnotchers of the 2008 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) Licensure Examination held last september 13 and 14, 2008.
Tattao who registered a mark of 88.60%, stood out among the 3173 examinees who took the said examination where 973 passed.
College of Engineering dean, Policarpio Mabborang said during his Opening Remarks during the Eng'g-tramurals held last September 19-20, 2008 that indeed he was very proud and committed move to further improve the college's board examination performance and to produce more national topnotchers.
He further said that the college is living on its motto, "Simply the Best"
Meanwhile, the rest of 8 alumni who passed the licensure examination were Engr. Raymond B. Angoluan, Engr. Julius B. Fernando, Engr. Nixon C. Lorenzo, Engr. Michael G. Macasiray, Engr. Marvin M. Soriano, Engr. Jerome Jay E. Tattao and Engr. Noli Varila.
Mr. Tattao also placed third nationwide in the Registered Master Electrician Examination held last April 2008.
