Dr. Antonio I. Tamayo, Executive Assistant to the University President of the Cagayan State University, will deliver a paper presentation during the Philippine Population Association’s Annual Scientific Conference, to be held at Hotel Supreme, Baguio City on February 6, 2009. Entitled “Ilocano Migration to Cagayan a Historical Account and Framework for Understanding Ilocano Inter-Provincial Mobility”, Dr. Tamayao’s paper was included in the Panel Session on “Indigenous Peoples and Local Movements”.
