OIC-OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT GRACES BLOOM WORKSHOP, RECEIVES AWARDS

The newly designated OIC of the Office of the President, Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, delivered his welcoming message in the conducted BLOOM Workshop today, February 6, 2024, held at the Claude Andrews Convention Center.

In his message, Dr. Ibañez emphasized the need of the students for a healthy study environment. “A good healthy environment, facilities along with competent faculty are necessary for the mental health of students", he said. Relative to his remark, he likewise applauded the former president's projects which remarkably boosted the mental health of students especially during the onslaught of the pandemic.

The workshop was also graced by former University President, Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado, CESO II who was invited to deliver a message to the participants. Notably, the aforementioned workshop was a successful testament to the partnership of Cagayan State University with the Emotional Reset Center.

Moreover, it is through this workshop that the Emotional Reset Center led by Dr. Maria Bryce Fabro, regarded CSU as one of its outstanding partners and awarded the “MENTAL HEALTH SCHOOL MAGNETIC AWARD” RESET AWARDS 2023 and as a pioneer Magnetic Mental Health School for supporting 100 faculty and leaders to become more agile and strong.
