Cagayan State University Officer-In-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez welcomes the IMPACT NXT Commercialization Capability Assessment Team during its courtesy visit to the University on September 28, 2026.

The courtesy visit formally opened the first day of the institutional assessment, which examines how Cagayan State University manages and advances technologies from research and innovation toward commercialization, adoption, and impact.

The assessment team was led by Dr. Carmelo V. Ambut, Vice President for RDE of ISAT-U, together with Ms. May Lilian T. Maravilles, ITSO Manager of Ateneo de Zamboanga University; Ms. Cathrene P. Amante, University Extension Specialist of UPLB-TTBDO; and Ms. Lourdes Anne T. Fulante, DLSU Project Staff.
