To strengthen transparency and accountability, CSU OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, Vice President Dr. Theresa B. Dimalanta, and university and campus financial management officials attended the Commission on Audit (COA) Entrance Conference today, January 15, 2026, together with the COA Audit Team led by Supervising Auditor Atty. Josephine Alberta Lappay and Ms. Rosemarie Sales, Audit Team Leader.

The conference formally commenced COA’s audit engagement with the University in line with government auditing standards and good governance practices.
