Cagayan State University (CSU) OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez conducted an early-morning campus visit today, February 16, 2026, at CSU Lallo Campus, led by CEO Engr. James B. Cabildo, to personally assess facilities and academic operations.

The visit covered the College of Teacher Education (CTED) buildings and offices, a classroom observation, and a tour of the College of Information and Computing Sciences (CICS) grounds to ensure that infrastructure and learning spaces effectively support students, faculty, and staff.
