A new milestone brews at Cagayan State University – Sanchez Mira as Lé Falco Café officially held a soft opening yesterday, February 16, alongside a product valuation, marking its first step toward becoming a Barista NC II Training and Assessment Center under the campus’ TVET program.

Designed to blend learning with enterprise, the café will serve as a training ground for aspiring baristas and restaurateurs, equipping students with industry-based skills in food and beverage services.

Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, joined by Campus Executive Officer Dr. Rodel Francisco T. Alegado and other university and campus officials, while Father Lodovikus Mamu Koten officiated the blessing of the facility.

The café is open from 8:00AM to 7:00PM every day and can accommodate over 50 customers.
