A wave of pride filled the streets as Cagayan State University (CSU) honored Batch Hiralaya for its outstanding performance in the February 2026 Respiratory Therapists Licensure Examination, producing 131 passers, 18 of whom placed in the national top ranks, and achieving a 100% passing rate. The topnotchers were awarded ₱520,000.00 in cash incentives in recognition of their exceptional achievement.

Since 2015, the College of Allied Health Sciences - Bachelor of Respiratory Therapy program has produced 95 national topnotchers, and an unprecedented eight-year streak as the country’s Top 1 Performing School in Respiratory Therapy.
