Officer-In-Charge Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez visited the Cagayan State University (CSU) Piat Campus on February 20, 2026, where he met with faculty and staff to review the campus’ targets and present development plans.

He encouraged the academic community to work collaboratively for the betterment of CSU while taking an active role in advancing and sustaining the University’s progress.

The visit included ocular inspections of proposed sites for key infrastructure initiatives, particularly the renovation of a building to be converted into a coffee shop, along with discussions on its design and layout. Additional areas inspected were the campus back gate, the College of Criminal Justice Education facilities, the Philippine Carabao Center site, and identified landholdings in preparation for the Orchard Establishment Project.

Meanwhile, University Technical Adviser Florentina S. Dumlao presented updates on the transition of faculty and staff duties, as documented in their respective Position Description Forms, to specific targets for the Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) and the Office Performance Commitment Review (OPCR).
