Cagayan State University (CSU) formally inaugurated twelve (12) new Central Administration offices today, February 27, 2026, through a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony led by OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez.

The establishment of these offices aims to centralize key services, streamline administrative processes, and strengthen institutional efficiency in support of quality instruction, governance, and student services.

The newly opened offices include the University Planning and Development Office; University Information Office and University Architect Office; Special Project Office; Office of the Director of Instruction; Office of the Board Secretary; Legal and Risk Management Office; University Quality Assurance Office; University Registrar Office; Admission Office; BAC Secretariat Office; Sports/GAD/Socio-cultural Office; and Budget Office. The blessing was officiated by Fr. Ranhilio C. Aquino.
