CSU HOSTS APR CONFERENCE TO REVIEW ACCOMPLISHMENTS, ALIGN BUDGETS WITH NATIONAL PRIORITIES

Cagayan State University (CSU) hosted the Agency Annual Performance Review (APR) Conference on March 4, 2026, at the Central Administration Conference Room, Andrews Campus.

The conference featured the presentation of Agency Performance Review reports from the Commission on Higher Education Region 02, Cagayan State University, Batanes State College, Isabela State University, Nueva Vizcaya State University, and Quirino State University, alongside a discussion on National Budget Circular No. 599.

The APR Conference of the Department of Budget and Management, CHED, and the SUCs in the region aims to assess financial and physical accomplishments, align programs and budgets with national and regional priorities, promote transparency and accountability in public fund utilization, and collectively enhance instruction, research, and extension services across the region.
