Cagayan State University convened with the internal stakeholders, representatives from civic society organizations, and regional partners for “Usapang Budget Natin: The FY 2027 Budget Consultation with Stakeholders” on March 5, 2026.

The consultation served as a platform for collaborative dialogue on the university’s proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2027 and its role in strengthening academic programs, research initiatives, and extension services in the region.

Participating agencies included the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Agriculture, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Information and Communications Technology, and the Philippine Information Agency, along with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
