Cheers and yells filled the Athena Grounds as the Cagayan State University – College of Allied Health Sciences (CAHS) celebrated its outstanding performance in the March 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination.

The celebration featured a victory parade around Tuguegarao City, followed by a recognition program honoring the successful examinees. CSU was named the Top 2 Performing School, producing 187 passers and achieving a remarkable 99.47% institutional passing rate, significantly surpassing the 84.13% national passing rate.

The event also highlighted the achievement of Mr. Marc Ian Bunagan Tuddao, who secured the Top 3 spot nationwide with a 92.80% rating and received a ₱40,000 cash incentive.
