Cagayan State University - Carig Campus has officially secured approval from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to offer the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program beginning Academic Year 2025–2026.
The CHED Central Office approved the application for the issuance of the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) with CEB Resolution No. 554-2025, as formally communicated by Dr. Cherrie Melanie Ancheta–Diego, Director IV of the CHED Office of Programs and Development (OPSD).
Following the Central Office's decision, CHED Region 02 Director Dr. Julieta M. Paras issued the formal endorsement through a letter addressed to CSU Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez.
By granting the COPC, CHED certifies that CSU Carig has met all the requirements and complied with national standards for delivering the BSN program.
