The Philippine Carabao Center (PCC) paid a courtesy visit to CSU OIC President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez to discuss the continuation of its partnership with CSU Piat Campus, home to the Dairy Research and Development Center. The meeting highlighted joint work in research, instruction, and production to support the country’s carabao and livestock R&D efforts.
