Cagayan State University, led by Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, convened with members of the CSU Board of Regents and invited resource persons on June 18, 2026, in preparation for the upcoming regular Board of Regents Meeting to be presided over by CHED Chairperson and CSU Board Chair Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis.

The meeting served as a venue to review all agenda items to be presented at the regular board meeting scheduled on June 29, 2026.
