Students and faculty members of Cagayan State University (CSU) will soon gain access to expanded international learning and professional development opportunities following the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Software Development Centre (SDC) of the University of Da Nang, Vietnam, June 18, 2026.

The agreement was formally signed by CSU Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez and SDC Director Dr. Nguyen Ha Huy Cuong.

A key component of the partnership is the implementation of a Faculty and Student Immersion Program that will provide CSU participants with practical exposure to software development processes and industry practices within SDC's technology ecosystem.

In addition to immersion activities, both institutions committed to developing joint research programs, exchanging scholarly publications and research materials, and facilitating collaborative initiatives that contribute to technological advancement and knowledge generation.

The agreement also supports the exchange of students, faculty members, and non-academic personnel through international internship and mobility opportunities.
