The Cagayan State University (CSU) community warmly welcomed Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis, Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Chair of the CSU Board of Regents, for the University’s 101st Regular Board Meeting held today, June 29, 2026.

The Athena Grounds came alive with the singing of the #TatakCSU anthem, enthusiastic cheers from hundreds of CHM and CTEd-PE students in Andrews, and cultural performances by the Athena Rondalla Ensemble, Pamana Dance Company, Red Eagle Performing Artists, and the Athena Performing Arts Bureau (Balik Tanaw Dance Troupe).
