Envisioned as a hub for alumni engagement and collaboration, the three-storey Balai Alumni Building officially commenced construction following a groundbreaking ceremony spearheaded by the Cagayan State University Andrews Campus Alumni Association on July 17, 2026.
The project will commence with an initial funding of ₱1.2 million from the Cagayan State University Andrews Campus Alumni Association, while additional financial support is expected from the Federated Alumni Association of CSU, Inc.
University and alumni leaders expressed their shared commitment to completing the facility, which is envisioned to serve as a hub for alumni activities, collaboration, and engagement while further strengthening the University's partnership with its graduates.
The groundbreaking ceremony was led by Cagayan State University Officer-in-Charge President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez, together with Andrews Campus Executive Officer Terence Alfred Roberto A. Tejada, Federated Alumni Association of CSU, Inc. President Atty. Carmelo O. Villacete, CSUACTCAA, Inc. President Dr. Nestor C. Ave and alumni officers, and other university and campus officials.
