LAL-LO, Cagayan—Thirty-one faculty members and administrative personnel of Cagayan State University officially took their oath as permanent employees before Officer-in-Charge University President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez during the Expanded Executive Committee and Management Committee Meeting held on July 30, 2026.

The newly appointed employees came from the Gonzaga, Lasam, Aparri, Lal-lo, Sanchez Mira, and Calayan Extension campuses, formally joined the Cagayan State University's permanent workforce after receiving their appointments.

The ceremony recognized their commitment to public service and their role in advancing Cagayan State University's mission of delivering quality instruction, research, extension, and community engagement across the region.
