As the three-day planning conference came to a close, Cagayan State University Officer-in-Charge University President Dr. Arthur G. Ibañez approved the July–December 2026 Other Priority Areas (OPA) Targets, followed by the ceremonial signing of commitments by the campus executive officers on August 7, 2026, in Baguio City.

The signing formally sealed the university leadership's commitment to delivering its priority targets and advancing Cagayan State University's strategic goals for the remainder of 2026.
